I was diagnosed with breast cancer and I was referred to Mrs Karat from my first meeting Mrs Karat was amazing, she made me feels so comfortable and treated me as an individual, she did my surgery for the cancer and also a breast reduction at the same time. Each and every visit I have had to make to her clinic since the operation she has made herself available for as long as I have needed her, she has been polite and professional in every way, she has been wonderful. There are not enough words to describe the way this lady works ! I would recommend Mrs Karat to anyone. Keep up the amazing work for ladies like myself who have found themselves with a life changing diagnosis.

Having been diagnosed with breast cancer back in feb this year ( 2018) which was of course just the worst news you could want ,I was put under the care of ms I Karat I have found her to be both clear in her explanations, open to any questions I’ve had however small . Along this difficult journey her confidence and positive manner has put many of my worries to rest, nothing is too much trouble of which my family and I remain so very grateful. I am very lucky to of come out of this with a clear result to date. I still have a ways to go, including a second breast op to ‘balance me up’ once the troublesome breast is healed but I am very happy & thankful to have the continued care of this amazing surgeon as my journey continues.

I would like to thank you for my out-patients consultation. I apologise for not being able to put a sentence together to thank you at the time. Whilst waiting to see you, I realised how frightened I was that it might have come back. Up until my follow up mammogram this year, I have been positive. Thank you for explaining why I am experiencing these differences in my breasts and for re-assuring me that I am fine and also for not making me feel I was wasting your time. I will now be able to enjoy my 60th Birthday. I am proud to be sixty and also grateful.
